Our Small Batch, Handcrafted Rum consists of non-GMO, Fair Trade, and Organically Grown Rums that come in 80 proof. It's Garage Made - in Portland - in small batches and then hand bottled by my Dad , Pierre, and I. We hope you enjoy our craft Rum.

Our Reserved Black Strap Rum is an every day rum for mixing cocktails or just sipping on.

Tasting notes:

It is rich and opulent to the nose with hints of dark molasses, anise star, licorice, coffee, leather, and cedar in all of its delicacy. The mouth Feel is sweet with a little bitterness that drives the long acidity of layers upon layers of molasses, a clear burn that has a sweet finish that lasts forever.
